GramImage AI - プライバシーポリシー
GramImage AI（以下「アプリ」）は、プライバシーの保護に努めています。このプライバシーポリシーは、アプリが収集する情報、その利用方法、共有方法について説明します。
本アプリの個人データの管理者（運営者）は GramImage AI（運営者：Masashi Umetani）です。本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは gramimageai@remicrobes.com までご連絡ください。なお、本サービスは13歳未満の児童を対象としておらず、13歳未満の方から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
Cookie とアクセス解析（ウェブサイト）
当ウェブサイト（remicrobes.com）では、利用状況の把握とサービス改善のため Google Analytics 4（GA4）を使用しています。GA4 は Cookie を用いてアクセスデータ（ページ閲覧、参照元、おおよその地域、デバイス情報など）を収集しますが、これらは個人を特定するものではありません。Cookie はブラウザの設定で無効化でき、Google アナリティクス オプトアウト アドオン（tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout）で計測を拒否することもできます。

- 言語設定：多言語対応のため、ユーザーの言語設定や地域情報を収集することがあります。
- 利用回数：月間利用制限の管理のため、APIの利用回数を記録します。

3. データの保存とセキュリティ
ユーザーのデータはFirebaseのクラウドインフラを使用して安全に保存されます。業界標準の暗号化技術を採用していますが、インターネット上の通信や電子データの保存は完全に安全であるとは保証できません。
4. AI結果の取り扱い
アプリでの画像解析結果はFirestoreに保存されますが、患者を特定できる情報は入力しないでください。結果は匿名化され、ユーザーのアカウントに紐づけて保存されます。
5. 情報の共有
当社は、法律に基づく場合やユーザーの同意がある場合を除き、個人情報を第三者と共有しません。
6. 国際データ転送
ユーザーの情報は、利用するFirebase（Google LLC）および関連する第三者サービスに基づき、日本国外（米国等）に転送・保存されることがあります。これらの移転先では、各サービス提供者の契約上のデータ保護措置に基づき、適切な保護が図られます。
7. データの保持期間
アップロードされた画像データおよび解析結果は、全ユーザー共通で30日間保存され、その後自動的に削除されます。個人データは、提供するサービスに必要な期間または法的要件に従って保持されます。
8. ユーザーの権利
ユーザーは、個人データへのアクセス、訂正、削除を要求する権利があります。欧州経済領域（EEA）等にお住まいの方は、お住まいの国・地域のデータ保護監督機関に苦情を申し立てる権利も有します。これらの要求は、gramimageai@remicrobes.com までご連絡ください。

GramImage AI (the "App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and how we share it.
The data controller for this App is GramImage AI (operated by Masashi Umetani). For inquiries regarding this policy, contact gramimageai@remicrobes.com. This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

This website (remicrobes.com) uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand usage and improve the service. 3. Data Storage and Security

Image analysis results from the App are stored in Firestore, but please do not enter patient-identifiable information. Results are anonymized and stored linked to user accounts.
5. Information Sharing
We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law or with user consent.
6. International Data Transfer
User information may be transferred to and stored in countries outside Japan (such as the United States) based on Firebase (Google LLC) and related third-party services we use. Such transfers are protected by the contractual data protection measures of each service provider.
7. Data Retention Period
Uploaded image data and analysis results are stored for 30 days for all users and automatically deleted thereafter. Personal data is retained for the period necessary to provide services or as required by legal requirements.
8. User Rights
Users have the right to request access, rectification, or deletion of personal data.
