この利用規約（以下「規約」といいます）は、GramImage AI（以下「アプリ」）を利用するすべての方に適用されます。アプリを使用することにより、これらの規約に同意したものとみなされます。
GramImage AIは、情報提供のためのツールであり、診断目的には使用できません。このアプリによって生成された分析結果は、あくまで参考情報として使用してください。
私たちはアプリの結果が正確であるよう努めていますが、結果の正確性や完全性を保証するものではありません。結果に誤りがあった場合も、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
アプリに患者を特定できる情報や、推測可能な情報を入力することは禁止されています。アプリは、患者情報の処理や保存を目的としていません。
GramImage AIは、複数の言語に対応しており、ユーザーの言語設定に応じて最適な言語でサービスを提供します。言語データの処理については、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
GramImage AIは、メールアドレス、Google、Appleを利用してログインできます。これらのサービスを利用することで、それぞれのサービスに基づく利用規約やプライバシーポリシーに従うものとし、これに関連する個人情報は当社のプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。
アップロードされたデータおよび解析結果は、全ユーザー共通で30日間保存され、その後自動的に削除されます。
このアプリは無料でご利用いただけます。すべてのユーザーは、APIへのアップロード回数が毎月20回までと制限されています。この制限は月の初めにリセットされます。
アプリは「現状のまま」および「利用可能な範囲」で提供され、明示的または黙示的な保証を含めて、いかなる保証も行いません。アプリの機能や可用性についても同様です。
当社は、いつでもこれらの利用規約を変更する権利を有します。規約の変更後にアプリを利用した場合、その変更に同意したものとみなされます。
これらの規約は、日本国の法律に準拠します。これに関連して生じた紛争は、日本の裁判所で解決されるものとします。

GramImage AI is designed to provide information and should not be used for diagnostic purposes. The analysis results generated by the App are for reference only.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the results, but we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of the results. We accept no responsibility for inaccuracies or misinterpretations.
You are prohibited from entering any patient-identifiable information or data that could be used to infer the identity of a patient into the App.
GramImage AI supports multiple languages and provides services in the optimal language according to user language settings. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for language data processing.
GramImage AI allows users to log in using their email, Google, or Apple accounts. By using these login methods, you agree to the terms of the respective services and acknowledge that your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Uploaded data and analysis results are stored for 30 days for all users and are automatically deleted thereafter.
The App is free to use. All users are limited to 20 API uploads per month. This limit resets at the beginning of each month.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim any warranties regarding the App, including its functionality, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Japan.
